Does the typ4 intake hat work with a banks sidewinder?

Does anyone know for sure if the type 4 intake hat will work with a banks sidewinder on a 7.3 IDI?

I am adding a 2000 PSD intercooler to my 93 F350 with banks sidewinder. I have the IC installed, now I just need to work out the piping.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
