the1 on the dipstick tube, just pull the tube out and replace it.
for the big oring on the piece inside the oil pan technically you have to pull the motor to do it.but it can be done with the motor in the truck.either way its a PITA.
When I replaced mine i removed the dipstick tube and inserted a round wire brush into the assembly on the oil pan. I tied the othe end of the brush off to the frame so wouldn't loose it all in the pan. Then just remove the nut clean the old stuff up and replace the o-ring. Be sure the brush is large enough diameter to hold the assembly. I think I used one made to clean copper pipe fittings. Kind of messy but I have done things that were larger PITA.
