cummins swap advice please!!

ive been thinking of doing a cummins swap in my 93 ford f250 4x4 5 speed. i found a 93 model motor for 900 shipped to my door with 171k miles on it complete with turbo and injection pump. what all is required with this swap. heres a list of parts so far with price.

cummins engine - $900
engine mounting kit - $455
adapter plate - $699

i know i need alot more stuff, but what all do i need? how hard is it to hook up power steering and a/c? is it possible to do this without moving the tranny back? any advice wanted please! thanks!

Do a search here, and any other boards you are on, and read other peoples swap threads. I know of at least 2 fairly comprehensive threads on Pirate4x4.com. There is a LOT of small issues that will slow or stop your progress if you aren't ready for them. Do lots of searching and reading.
