Cummins in 94 f250 possibilities?

I have a 94 f250 with the IDI in it I'm starting to consider a 12v swap i want to be able to make pretty decen power (350hp) and to have something diffrent lol but I just want some details/tips from some of y'all that bag already done it, just some general details
Price range?
Adapters,mounts?
Wiring
Using the zf tranny
Fittin the engine(fire wall trimming? And intercoller)

I used the Dodge trans mainly to avoid the price of the adapter plates. It gave me a lot of freedom as well in locating the motor, which does not have to require firewall modification. I did fold the lip over to get it out of the way, but nothing more. I also covered the firewall in heat resistant insulation. It depends which Cummins you are going to use, but the VE and P-pump versions are the easiest to wire. Only one is needed to make it run, then you have plenty of options again on the alternator. I chose to re-use the Dodge radiator from a 1st gen for mine, as is simplified both intercooler and radiator hose troubles.
