I am out putting some final touches on my air/water intercooler install and I noticed that ATS 088 turbine outlet elbow has a crack about 1.5" long right at the elbow. I had a hell of a time getting the ring to seat back into the housing- it kept popping off over 6psi with a heavy load.

Pretty sure this is made of unobtainium. Is there a way I can put a high temp patch on it until I have more time to deal with it??

Will post some pics later.

I'm actually seeing two parall cracks. Drilling the ends and braising the crack is about all you can do there... Unless its made from cast steel and not cast iron...

Exactly what I would suggest. The drilling of the holes will stop the crack from spreading.
