Yeah Darrin seen em, they make them IIRC by Middlebury IN. Passed by there many a time on the way to Elkhart. Actually stopped there one time to look at them when I was in the RV service business 89 to 2004.

They are a nice unit tho, too expensive for me, can't remember what they sold for , thought about getting one then. Edit IIRC $65,000 that was in about 93 I think.

Depends on what state you are in

RV classification depends on what state you register a vehicle in ...

Most states require fresh & gray water holding tanks, a separate
heating and/or cooling system for the rv, to classify a vehicle
as an rv to get the 'rv exemption' when you exceed 10,000 lbs.
GVWR on a vehicle.

Didn't see that this unit had any of that ....

Just be careful what you buy, you may end up with
something you cannot drive without a CDL ;Really

It would be interesting to know if that thing was over 26K gross to require a CDL. I've driven some old Fords with 8 speed spicers and cummins diesels that were at exactly 26K gross that were that size. They were converted to big boom trucks. Awesome rig though!

i was thinking the same thing, but here in WV as long as it didnt have air brakes one could drive it without a CDL
