The other site is not a priority over OB. I received word today that the chat I want to run is no compatible with the new software. So I will try to make time in the next couple days to set it all up.

http://www.contractortalk.com/ has a good setup on chat, and they are running the same forum setup as you.

Can you tell me what the name of the chat software is?

The one thing I don't like about it already is it doesn't show who is online in the chat. The chat software I want to run will have a box below the forum 'who's online' that shows whos in the chat room. I think that is pretty important and a really nice feature.
