I have a1989 Ford F250 XLT Lariat with a 460 efi c-6 trans. I had a fire under the dash and had to change the dash and wiring harnesses, Everything matches up but i can't get power from the fuel pump relay to the fuel tank selector switch or the fuel pump. Where and what do i need to check?

Have you checked the fuel pump inertia switch. It is located behind the right side kick panel or under the dash just to the right of the transmission tunnel. Power is routed from the fuel pump relay through the inertia switch to the tank selector switch and then to the pump.
