should be able to. may have to add a leaf spring. a buddy of mine is clearing 35x12.50 thornbirds on an 85 f250 with just an add a leaf. this is assuming your truck is 4x4
Will they fit in the fender wells........... Probably. Will they rub on the fenders and/or the bumper when making a turn........... Yes....... at least mine did with a 2 inch body lift before I put the suspension lift on.
how wide are they that will determine a lot of whether you will rub when turning, I agree that they will fit in the wheel wells more than likely but they will definately rub on the springs and might grab the fender if the truck is flexed even just a little. buddy of mine shoved 35 12.50s under a 86 4x4 f250 and the first time he went mudding he flexed the truck tryin to come out of hole and boom there went a tire and fender.
If you can find some superduty springs they will fit fine. I've girl a ser on mine and fut 385/85/16s with very little rubbing. I do hit the fenders if I turn and hit a big enough hole.
37s fit just on my stock setup with the 96 front end though
they should fit the slantnose too with a little persuadeing of the inner fender
i had to bend the inside tabs in so it would clear on bump
