You oughta paint it so that the rear four doors look like a whole truck, with fenders painted on the front two.

What about building a pod for the drivers door panel that would house the switches. Basically fiberglass a shape you like and cover it with vinyl. And I would rpobably grab switches out of an LTD or something more common than the 95-97 crewcabs.

Bricknose switch placement is rough though.
