I finally got all the parts and got the rear brakes done, I bled them and when I got back I pulled the hood up and see there is brake fluid that may have flooded the master cylinder and the top of the MC is now wet. I drove it again and yes the fluid is coming from the MC but the top is pretty tight yet the rubber seal may be old. What could be the cause of this? I don't think I put too much fluid in it.

Btw this is on My 87 GMC step van, the parts I order are for a 87 GMC p3500 since this is a p30 chassis or so I was told.
