I called NADP today to get a price on a built transmission. $5500 would get me one with billet input and output shafts, and another $600 would get me a billet intermediate shaft. Say I wanted to hit 500HP. Do I need that intermediate shaft as well?

Also, does anyone have anything to say about NADP transmissions, or is that's a reasonable price? I don't have the financing in place for it anyway, so I'm not in any rush to buy it.

Thats just about the same price, maybe higher, than I was quoted on a DTT fully built tranny, billet input, output, intermediate. That included having him pull the tranny, rebuild it, and put it back in the truck, test drive, etc. Its a member over on DTR that gave me this price that lives a few miles up the road from me, but I cant afford it right now.
