banks kit boost #s

anybody know what kind of numbers I should be seeing? Right now i get 4psi and 700 on the pyro loaded or not. This has been parked a year and I remember it making higher numbers. does not seem to be lacking power and will smoke slightly before spool. pump is cranked. filters are good.

I have a banks kit with a wast gate and I making close to is not 15 PSI but I have a moose pump

sorry. 89 burb 3/4 4x4 th400 205 6.5 banks turbo non wastegated. checked fuel pressure today, holds better than 5psi after the filter. the stupid thing is the power doesnt feel any different, but the boost an pyro show pretty low. before I could get around 8 psi and get 1000 or better on the pyro unloaded.

Try running some heavy fuel cleaner threw it, check for boost leaks, and is the pump maxxed?

Sounds like either not enough fuel or fuel is not burning, perhaps run fuel tank empty and start over if it hasn't been driven in a while.
