3rd generation body strenth

just curious if theres anyone with the new body style that drives alot of miles on gravel roads and such. I'm a equipment operator and my 95 cummins sees more dirt and rock than pavement and she's got splits and cracks in the sheet metal , especially behind the seat in the cab. I'm just trying to find out if these new daimler chrysler body are any better then the beer can thin sheet metal of the earier model.

Well the lil womans truck turned over 10k miles , power pup loaded on the performance level and we still have blended fuel, got 20.7 mpg so far, I think this power pup is the cats meow, will run this tank then check with calculator to varify.
