ATS turbo nwg center section?

Wondering if anyone knows what cartrigde an old ATS non waste gated turbo uses? I have one on my 87 6.9 and would like to look into rebuild parts just for fun and do some research on the turbo.


Also wondering if anyone has the ATS aurora turbo on their truck and how they like it?

I would say call ATS. I for one do not like dealing with them, but sometimes you have no choice. My early ATS trubo was damaged by a cracked and flying exhaust valve. I would kind of like to know the same info.

You have the 088 kit or the 085 kit? If its the 088 kit I can get you the cartridge number. I didn't call ATS at all. I just went straight to a Garret turbocharger dealer.

I think I will try to find a spare turbo and see if I can rebuild it. Then I will send the one that is on my truck to Russ and have him do that one.

Sean...I think he has the 085 Kit...if I'm matching up his air cleaner box right.
