Need some help. 2004 chevrolet 2500 HD 4x4 Recent flooding here in North Tx. Forced me to drive thru some water to get home. I noticed I was leaking some kind of light black oil all over the place. It looked like where the transfer mounts to the tailshaft adapter. I pulled the transfer last night made a new gasket and it now seems to be coming out higher Up, anyone familiar and had this issue please let me know. Currently only mode of transportation.
