99 PSD diesel smell inside cab and in front truck

Ive noticed a diesel smell when standing in the front of the truck and also when I first turn the fan on in the truck.
I found a small puddle of fuel and oil mix under the truck. it appeared to have dripped down off the bellhousing. I also noticed a small bit of fuel in the valley under the turbo.

Any ideas where it could be coming from and what to look for as far as what lines could be leaking and possible places to look for the leak?

I have noticed the truck is a bit sluggish at times.

Check the fuel lines that run from the filter housing to the heads, the fuel filter drain valve etc..

The fuel lines on these engines are sealed with a compression type rubber seal that deteriorates.

Anything that gets into the valley of doom can run down the back of the block.

The new ULSD fuel has been causing many drain Valve O-ring sets to leak/seep along with any other O-rings/seals in the fuel system.
