So I was under my truck & noticed the surface around the inspection plate looks pretty nasty.The previous owner said he didn't know anything about it.It almost looks like someone tried to weld it for some reason the left & right side look similar but not as bad as the one above the weep hole.Any ideas & is this something I should be worried about?
