High guys great site just found today the 18th.
I just decided to keep my 95 PSD. It has over 190K on it, but runs great.
Wanting to put some large tires on and needed to know how big I can go without having to raise the susp? I will be buying new wheels to go along with the tires so they can be stepped out. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Well my parents used to own a rig just like that. They had 285/75/16 on it on the stock wheels, but it looked like it could fit a bigger tire. I would bet that you could fit 315/75/16 tires on there with the right wheel/backspacing, though you might have to shim out the front bumper just a little bit.

Here's a few pics of my IDI with 285's & a 2" lift. I know you're asking about stock suspension but I'm just showing how much room I had with 285's. I would agree though 315's or even 325's if you spaced them out some. I saw an 07 on stock suspension in Greensboro, NC last week with 325's and no rubbing.

Welcome aboard Jay!

I have 305/70/16 Nitto's on factory alloys...not knowing if yours is 2x or4x , that also plays a part. The front bumper does to move out about an inch regardless.

Take a moment to fill in your sig line and tell us about your ride ;Sweet

I've got a early 97psd ["96" body style], crew cab, F-350 4x4. With I think is a two inch susp. lift [I didn't lift it, but by looking at the componants I'm sure it's two inch}, and mine fits 315/75R16's with factory bumper spacing. I do have aftermarket rims that are offset out some. I know of a few friends with 285/75's on stock rims with no mods on 350's.

got 285/75 on my 94 crew F350 and i had to space the bumper a bit to fit. they are 10-12" wide rims though and i dont know the back spacing. the same size tire "just" fit with stock rims on my truck.
