'91 F350 7.3 CC SRW XLT - Parts truck with clear TX title - or parts

I'm selling my parts truck.
Seats, steering column, pedal assembly, A/C compressor and transmission are gone. The PO took a turbo off of it, engine was left "open". Carfax says it had 173 on the clock.
