If it were me i would change the belts and hoses and oil and antifreeze flush the system aswell, and change the fuel filter and buy a spare to keep in the truck, if you have a spare alternator voltage regulator and starter keep them in the truck along with the tools to change them as these are the high wear items on these trucks
