Hey all...

Our race team is going to be no longer. So we have a few things for sale.... the first one is the Motor we were going to put in the new race truck... No exspense was spared in building this motor. This is an all aluminum block, aluminum heads and aluminum intake manifold. The manifold is an Edelbrock, set up for fuel injection. The ECU is a Motec M48 Fuel managment system.

This is a fresh built motor. With the only time on it being the dyno pulls.

It is a 770hp Ford 351 Windsor bored over to a 416. There is still a bunch of power left to pull out of this motor. We were looking for longevity out of it since we were going to race it off-road. This motor normally puts out over 850hp and can be tuned to over 900hp. The fuel injection software allows for extremely easy tuning of this motor.

I am still waiting on a parts list to have all the internals and such..
but here is what I do know for sure about it.

Aluminum block
Aluminum Heads
Aluminum intake manifold
351 Cleveland - Roller / Tappet camshaft
Howe - high output power streering pump
Custom - high output Alternator
Custom made oil pan
MSD Injectors
MSD Throttle Body
Motec M48 ECU
Heavy Duty Dry sump pump
Custom made fuel injector rails

This is a more or less plug and play motor.

The motor was built by Leonard Vasholtz. You may have seen Leonard or his son on ESPN. They are the winningest team ever on the Pikes Peak races...

$40,000 OBO...

We have a dyno sheet from when it was dyno'd with a carb. We are trying to get the dyno sheets when we got the fuel injection going on it. I will try to scan the sheets and post them also.

J,

It really does suck!! -cuss -cuss

This motor tied in with the brand new Bilstien Blackhawk 9300 series shocks and 25" of travel on a fully independent truck... It was going to haul a$$... We even had a custom rear differential made for it to get the amount of travel that we wanted....

Oh well... I guess.

Back to the ol' ranger and explorer. ... Maybe?
