6.5l wont start after sitting for a hour

Allow me to premise this by saying i had what seemed to be the same problem about 5 months ago. i parked my 98, 2500 with the intention of starting it about an hour later but when i tryed to it dosent fire or turn over. all i hear is a click, it sounds to be comming from in front of the passangers side firewall aswell as around the neutral switch. when i had this problem before the truck started 10 minites later and after a wash i never had this problem again untill now and its -20C outside so ive been lacking to troble shoot. im quite sure the outside temp has nothing to do with the problem but to say the least it dosenht help my situation.

Check battery connections and the starter connections...if this doesn't help you may need to replace the ignition switch...
