6.5l glow plugs

got a 6.5l wondering what are the best glow plugs to buy and if there are any i should stay away from?

i got delco's in mine right now and she starts fine, 8 bucks each at O'Rielly's! SS diesel supply has some instant heat one's fer 70 bucks each!!! I don't live in Alaska though........
