I see uhaulparts.com has plenty of things for 1990 F350. I have a 1990 F250 4x4.

Are the parts usually interchangeable? I was thinking of things like master cylinder, starter, a/c compressor and so on.

Everything you listed is the same across the 250 and 350 models. The engines are really the same too.... A 7.3 and the 6.9 heads and blocks are drilled exactlly the same but the head bolts are differant sizes... You can even install 7.3 heads on the 6.9 block... The internals are the same parts too.. Both engines use the same rods, crank, cam, oil pump... Only the turbo rods in the 7.3 engines are differant... So usually when you buy something for a 6.9 it also fits a 7.3... But ask here before you buy something.... We can answer what will work and who to buy from.... There are some terrible places out there to stay away from... Read about them in the Hall of Shame....
