I have a late 04 6.0L. the egr went out may of 09. now its out again after 14 months and 25k miles. i am gonna delete it and have pick out the Sinister Mfg. Oil Cooler issues

HELP!!!! turbo and EBS trouble...
i have posted and posted with some info recieved, but i need more. my wifes 99 7.3L has cold running issues. below 45 degrees the flat doesnt open when you tap the brake or accelerator. it takes at least 15 minutes, but on average 30 to open up. it is a dangerous situation. we live on a highway...- jdchristian3
