My 89 F250 is still rocking an R12 system, but it is struggling to keep the cab cool and I can see black death buildup on the outside of the compressor. Replace IP/Injectors or wait?
My truck currently has 135K on the odometer. I'm not sure if the IP/Injectors were ever replaced on this engine by the previous owner and best I can tell the IP looks original. The engine is running decent overall. It does have a puff of smoke on cold start and it can get just a little hazy...- Chrono558

E4OD guidance needed
This may be somewhat long but I want to be as thorough as I can be. I had been dealing with an intermittent issue with the tachometer not working in my truck on cold start up that would normally start to work after the engine had been running for a few minutes. When I was changing my fuel filter today I came across a connector with a green/red wire that looks like it runs to something on the fuel filter but I cannot see where it connects.
