I'm gonna try and rebuild it first. I'm tearing it apart this week to see what is stopping it from turning before I go get another engine so I'll let ya guys know. Thanks for all the help

Thanks for all the info guys and it is a factory turbo engine I'll see if I can find a non turbo flywheel at a junkyard I don't want to spend a bunch of money into this truck.

I pulled the engine out of my truck and want to put this other engine in but it has a flex plate from an auto I need a flywheel for mine cuz it's a manual so my question is can I take my flywheel and put it on the engine that has a flex plate? Thanks

My truck has a zf5 but the engine I'm looking at is in a truck with an auto. I just want the engine. So I need to replace the flex plate on that engine for my flywheel in my truck

Ok thanks for the info. I knew the belt system would transfer but I was wondering if I have to for the harmonic balancer to stay with that flywheel.

Ya it makes sense to me to to replace them at the same time but the guy that had it before did the pump cuz the old one was dead but didn't want to do injectors because he just wanted it running to sell it was just sitting in his yard not getting used all the time because he has a Psd
