replaced fuel pump while turbo was out - now it's leaking!
:mad: So - the turbo o rings were leaking - go to the international dealer, get the two orings and the gasket for the exhaust inlet to the turbo. Did '99 Federal powerstrokes have cats?
I'm working on a friends truck which is acting like the epbv or warm up valve is sticking shut... but the valve is working properly. Battery light on, voltage gauge Normal ~14v at batteries?
:dunno The voltage gauge is in the normal range, and with an old analog volt meter I measure about 14 volts at idle on both batteries (tough to tell exactly on a 50v scale). I wiggled the plug on top the alternator where I've had issues in the past - no effect. Any ideas?- milner351

97 will not start - even plugged in
For the first time ever my 97 has let me down. Working on a '99 F250 7.3L -Miss fire, on broken GP, diagnostic help

New owner of a 95 E300 Diesel - lots of questions
The vehicle in question is a '95 E300 diesel with what I think is referred to as the 606 family 24v diesel engine non turbo 260k miles - starts and runs fine, no smoke even on cold start.
