6.9 rebuild questions
Okay guys. Many of you know of my woes with my not so good investment on a 1986 F350 Crew with the 6.9. I am going to go ahead and pull this thing out in the near future. I say not so good investment, but even if I put a couple more thousand in this thing it will still be a good investment...- JPalmer81

New to me 1986 F-350 Crew with 6.9
Well, I joined the IH Diesel club! I just bought a Chevy Crew with the 6.2 and when I was going through the motor I found the infamous cracks in the webs. Went and looked at 3 other motors here locally around Anchorage and all three had the same cracks! So I was looking on CL for some other...- JPalmer81

Just like the title says, I want to pick all your brains and have a good discussion on these 2 iconic IDI motors that started it all.
