I think I found the problem, it's the 7 pin connector.
Now that I've calmed down I went out and retested the factory trailer harness. And it has power.
So I'm going to replace the 7 pin connector
Thanks.
It's not the trailer, I connected it to another vehicle.
It's not the 7 pin connector, i removed it and tested from the factory harness under the bed.
I have removed all fuses and relays and tested, that includes under the hood, under steering column and under the radio, all tested fine...
The other day my rear driver side brake locked up, by the time I pulled over it was smoking a little bit. I had to hit the brakes hard to keep from nailing a car.
I replaced the piston(the thing that pushes the pads out) not sure of the proper name.
I thought this fixed the problem but not so...
Well guys I got it going
I guess it just had to turn over about 40 times.
All the sudden fuel started coming out of the injector lines.
I reconnected them and she fired right up
Thanks again for all the help
I read over this before the install
http://oilburners.net/brian/idi/FuelInjectionServicing.htm
If I do not have fuel going to the injectors why would there be fuel at the return line?
I have the fuel line removed from all 8 of the injectors so I can see if/when the fuel gets there. Is this...
I replaced my injector pump yesterday, and can not get fuel out of it.
here are my steps thus far.
I removed the fuel line into the pump and turned the truck over. It's dumping fuel to the pump.
I have the fuel lines to the injectors removed and have turned the truck over about 20 times...
I know I want to convert the WVO into Bio and run just Bio.
because my truck is not a daily drive I plan on keeping the processor small 30G max.
although if the savings is worth the time It might became a daily drive ;)
I plan on washing the Bio after processing then drying.
I had an...
Here in the south the temp is not to bad.
We might get 2 or 3 days a year in the teens, most of the time it's in the upper 30's lower 40's. Hell this year I think christmas was in the upper 60's
I might be wrong. but U get my point.
I've ran the heater in AM and the AC in the PM. (Thats...
Devon, do you process the WVO or just run it as is.
I plan on processing it into biodiesel. Do I need to purge the bio from the system before I turn the truck off?
Ive been reading the last few days on making biodiesel with WVO
Just wanted to see if anyone is running this in our trucks?
Any problems or suggestion to look out for.
The bottom
I wanted to put it just before the down pipe, but could not get the drill in there.
I do not like the idea of splitting the cylinders for the probe. It seams to me that this would dump the heat right on top of the probe and give a higher reading.
But I also understand that's were...
WoW 64,
I will not see that for a few more months. Well maybe late October.
at 6am when I checked the news they said the temp was 88.
I mounted the probe last night in the same place.
I hope to finish it up tonight.
I like the JB weld idea.
The white stuff in the pic is a RV roof calk. The truck already had some sort of calk in the rain gutter (not sure if that was from the factory) I did not trust my weld in the rain gutter(was hard to get to) so I added the RV calk to help out.
I checked the truck...
Mikerson were did U mount the prob?
64 sounds low for a Pyro? or maybe not I really have no idea what it will be at idle.
and if it's your boost then that sounds a little high. ;Poke
Thanks.
It was actually a rush job. When I got up Saturday they had Isaac heading right up the bay.
At that point it was just get it done. I would have liked to sand it out a little better.
I hope to repaint the whole truck this spring. At that point I'll spend some time cleaning it all up...
Mikerson,
I've not connected it yet. I just got it mounted last night.
I hope to work on it tonight but Issic might have other plans for me.
Once I find the dimmer wire I'll let U know.
