Soup Bowl Mod????????
Hi there, I was told about some info for the stock 6.9 air cleaner (soup bowl mod) on here, but I cant find it, so any info on what it does when its done and what the purpose of the the bowl on the bottom of the lid is?- KanadianCC4X4

Sorry to reply to late, but I dont know much about the map lights! I only have just a dome light in my truck and one wire is grounded to roof and the other is hot only when front doors are open or using the interior light dimmer on the H/L switch.- KanadianCC4X4

I was just given a wide rad shroud for my 6.9l. Hell yeah!!! not even mark on it or crack. just finished intstalling it along with the proper aux battery tray/washer tank/ overflow tank. starting to get my truck fully functional. also just finished repairing headliner and getting the dome...- KanadianCC4X4

Need Help!!! Heating up issues :(
Thank you guys for all the advice :) As Al already mentioned I did find the issue which was an air lock. I also got my stereo all hooked up and WOW! it pounds like crazy! I'm kind of at a loss right now. My truck is heating up after driving for a while, but then Stop the truck leave it running and check under the hood and the top off the rad is hot but bottom and lower hose is cold.
