77 F250 diesel swap question
We put a 7.3 into my buddies 77 hi boy, It went fairly smoothly. You have to cut a big notch in the crossmember for oil pan clearance. Then we just fabricated some frame mounts to use the IDI's original motor mounts. The transmission is a 2wd ZF5 which uses the stock center drive shaft...- alex211

Lets see your STACK install pics..
They have been miter cut and are shorter now but here is a mock up of the stacks in my buddies 77 ford. It has a 7.3 IDI backed by a ZF5. The front axle is a 79 hi pinion 60 and the rear is a 14 bolt. The exhaust is 3" to the stacks which are 4". Another picture- alex211
