    Slung it over a few times this afternoon. Turning plenty fast enough to fire. The tach isn't steady when spinning it and jumps at times, which makes me think the CPS may be flakey. If this is the case could it be bad and not throw a code?

    Nah the superchipper just pulls the codes. I'm on night shift so if I get up in time today (Tue) I'll double check and make sure whether I have any movement on the tach when I sling it over.

    dipstick O-Ring replacement

    When I replaced mine i removed the dipstick tube and inserted a round wire brush into the assembly on the oil pan. I tied the othe end of the brush off to the frame so wouldn't loose it all in the pan. Then just remove the nut clean the old stuff up and replace the o-ring. Be sure the brush is...

    Got the flex hoses on the way. Black dawg is the RABS valve on the frame below the master cylinder with an electrical connection on the back? Replacing shoes,pads and master cylinders is the extent on my brake system experience on Ford diesels.

    Fuel Pump

    I ground heated and bent a wrench to remove and tighten the banjo bolt. Double S and Animal are right leave the pump a little loose and two finger it. Lost my religion figuring that out when I changed my pump.
