it still has the EGR in place, I did pull it out and check for buildup and operation. It was clean and operating normal. Hello everyone, I have a 04 F250 4x4 6.0 with 155000 miles on it, running a edge evolution cs and stock exhaust and having multiple problems with it. Possibly all related but maybe not. you nailed it right on the head horse. this aint no low buck build up.cookoo gonna take a lot of planning and skilled knowlage to get it to work together. lmao chances are with the weight of the 4x4 diesel he will get about a ten to 15 foot black strip and the truck would hook up anyway. not...- mgola

I thought about that when the truck came to me, just havent checked it yet cause there is hasnt been a code for it.(doesnt mean anything) ill do a runout test on the cps and check the pinout too. as for the filters they were service 200 miles or so ago. its a fire dept vehicle so it always gets...- mgola

risky business lol ( i would do it) :D 4 wheel burnout? thats gonna be tricky you need to start crunching numbers lol. you most likely to exceed injectors and programmers. Start looking into turbo(s) or stacking chips. pls tranny problems n drivetrain parts. clutches or converters get costly...- mgola

the pmt is a good chip/ programmer havent tried it myself but i can answer a few questions for ya. #2 the stock turbo is only good to around that area. some a lil more some a lil less. the closer you get to the 30psi mark it may turn on some mil codes. for more boost go with a larger turbo and...- mgola

turn it up dont know if its available for that make and model but some programmers will allow you to set the cruise while not moving. kinda like the ford rpm controlers for the pto systems. seems to work good on the ones i have seen- mgola

finally got it! I think I finally got those bolts tight. sorry it was a 99 f-350 psd. I finally made a couple of wrenches to get them tight (snap on is not gonna like these returns:rotflmao ) I tried to convince the customer to do the down pipe at least but no go. I think it has a short
Just so im clear the engine spins over but Does NOT start? This could be many issues. Key programing COULD be a possibility but i would lean towards something else. Aftermarket accessories, pcm, ecu, fuel issues, aftermarket programmers... the list goes on. Does the Pcm have any codes?- mgola

lamp out (bing) PLEASE STOP
start at the tail lights with a visual inspection, Check the bulbs and the conectors with an ohm meter. Had to replace my tail light harness (the plastic snap rail inside the lights) because it shorted inside.- mgola

leaking exhaust donuts!!
Does anyone know of a good way to get to the rear bolts on the exhaust slip pipes. I cant seem to find a decent way to tighten them without removing a lot of extras..(i.e. Trans, turbo, downpipe) would a homemade bent wrench be worth trying-cuss- mgola

POD inectors
build you a slide hammer out of an old injector line. just make an attachment to fit your slide hammer. if you dont have one, try warming them up with a propane torch.- mgola
