    This weekend its finally time

I never did tear it down, I am very certain it was the water ****. If I were to do it over I would have kept it at one 525ml nozzle and coming in at 7psi or so instead of 4. The timing rattle when the **** came in was insane

I thought this thread would have been long dead, @Steven Donald the governor spring was out of a Cadillac 5.7 diesel, about 4500 rpm. Wouldn't recommend without valve springs. A 6.2 Chevy spring should be a middle of the road increase. @03wr250f I'm still around

http://spokane.craigslist.org/cto/5097566648.html Selling my truck, build thread is in my sig. Have a Powerstroke now and it's been sitting long enough that it's just another project I'll probably never get back to at this point unfortunately. Would like $1000 without the intercooler, $1300...

    NP205?

Definitely needs its own crossmember! They are a heavy beast, I broke the extension housing off my T19 with a Borg Warner case, I wouldnt think it would last long with a 205

Dont think I ever posted any pictures after I got the air/water intercooler on either, kinda a tight fit! Dont mind the wiring mess, Ive probably tripled the amount of wiring in this truck with all the gauges and gadgets.

    This weekend its finally time

Sorry guys havent been on in a bit. Funny you should mention the water/**** setup. I think thats what led to this engines demise. Havent torn down yet but fairly certain I either had a wrist pin fail or cracked a piston. I was running two Snow 625ml (are supposed to support roughly 400hp each)...

Any possible way to rig a blowoff valve on an idi?

Better idea, micro switch that trips when the throttle returns to idle, also the BOV being open shouldn't cause it to not build boost, they have a very light spring that is supposed to open at the slightest amount of vacuum. Any boost should force it closed.

Any possible way to rig a blowoff valve on an idi?

Mine is an external wastegate. Just ran a quick thought for your BOV, run a normally closed say 1psi boost switch to control an inline valve on your vacuum source to the BOV. That way when you are on boost the valve will be closed, as soon as you hit 0psi the switch will close opening the...

    Pheonix Friction

Didnt come up with my on my search. The time has come that I need a new clutch about a month ago. Im looking at their Stage 3 ceramic button clutch, its just over half the price of a the South Bend kevlar I had been looking at and about the only other non-organic clutch I have found. Any...
