    From my understanding (and your sig) the 6.9 controllers failed allot and failed on as you described but the 7.3 is suppose to be more reliable.......but i guess i might be living proof they aren't:rotflmao

    Goofy the power wire i modded was from the fender to mounted relay to the glow plug controller

    Well spring has sprung and it is time to get back at trying to wake the beast up from a winter of hibernating. Much to my surprise my damn test light was buggered new test light shows all 8 berus working boy does that make a fella feel dumb!!! never checked the damn test light!!! however problem...

    could be a timing issue controller is fairly simple change out don't think I could have screwed that up. Now to find an outfit that can check timing in my little ole neck of the woods

    check with test light to battery controller is only 6 months old too bought from international dealer

    all 8 berus dead in 6 months truck run vey little in this time frame system was checked over when changed new controller was installed at same time power goes off when it was suppose to any ideas? cookoo

    No intermittent setting thanks for the reply will check ignition tumbler to see if effects them they seem to only last 10 min then the trouble starts maybe I will just replace the motor

    light rain windshield wipers quit after 10 min. (no delay settings in the old girl) got to work and came out and they were working again any ideas? done some searches and it seams kinda common looked on ebrake for the module but couldn't see it
