Lookin at a new project...
So my 1991 threw a rod and i parted it out here in town, 350 for the ZF5, 250 for the rearend, 200 for t-case, 650 for tires and weels, crushed the rest...;Sweet Good riddance, nuthin but heartaches, what was i thinkin?cookoo:rotflmao Always been a chevy boy, found a 92 K-2500 5spd single cab...- FrozenRedneck

Never hydrolocked. My guess was IP, is there a way to test pressure at the pump?- FrozenRedneck

Thats a cross my fingers good... Came out of a running truck, didn't smoke or anything. No coolant or oil loss, and they aren't mixing. I'm gonna adjust the pump and see if that does any good.- FrozenRedneck

1991 NA 7.3, unknown miles. Was smoking blue, white, grey and once in ahwile a healthy black. :sly I put 8 good injectors(not new...cookoo) and all new returns lines, caps and seals. Everything was spotless... Still smokes grey under throttle and blue at an idle, rough idle, like my 350 with the...- FrozenRedneck

t-case crapped again. NP 205???
Boy i've had three trucks with 205's and never had a problem, and i'm by no means nice to em. I wanna do the swap on my 91 next, soon as it starts running right. ;Sweet One of, if not the best in my opinion, but what do i know LOL- FrozenRedneck

Tires...beating a dead horse again...
I know we used to run only BFG's on all our trucks. We'd get 60,000 miles outta a set pulling a 30ft living quarters all over the west, and 19,500 pound combine on a 2004 Chevy 2500HD gasser...cookoo I but our last set on the 03 7.3 are at 21,000 miles and almost completely gone... :dunno...- FrozenRedneck

Ya i put the lines back on the bad injector in there and got a ton of power back! Thats my IDI's i remeber ;Sweet I'm gonna do them injectors tomorrow now, I got put on honey do's... gotta love her. :D- FrozenRedneck

It was like a screw in piece, one male end in the line and female ontop of the injector, but it was solid in the middle. I wanna find the po... :backoff :rotflmao- FrozenRedneck

Update guys. Pulled a fuel line on the back right injector, and it had a brass piece in there plugging the line! cookoo I put the line to the injector and got all my power and no shaking with alot more smoke... Gonna put one new one in tonight, and try and do two a week. (thats all i can afford!)- FrozenRedneck

1991 F-250 7.3 NA zf5. Truck shakes like no other under 2000 RPM when its under throttle... over 2000 it smooths out pretty good. And it has no power until you get around 1800 RPM... Injectors? Hopefully :hail Or IP?- FrozenRedneck
