    Have you tried disconneting the linkage for the aux throttle control? If that doesnt work someone will chime in soon on the proper procedure. It sounds cool, what kind of lights you got? Any pics? We like pics. Your'e Welcome! Edit: Found some threads that might be of assistance...

    No I have not. You are refering to the brass fitting to connect the return lines with the IP? Is there also one in the shrader valve? Is this a ball bearing check valve? Is it as simple as unscrew, clean, reinstall? Thanks.

    Alright then, yes, reviewing of some search results on here indicates a similar result. I will be replacing the lift pump with another mechanical one. Anyone have link or any material on replacing a lift pump? Would it be covered in a manual? Tips on said replacement? Anything special to look...

    After on the block heater for 3 hours. Truck starts, then sputters out and dies after a about 15 seconds. Cranks for about 15 seconds then fires and runs rough for about 45 seconds. Runs for a couple minutes, then sputters out and dies again. Cranks for 20 seconds fires, runs rough, and idles...

    I used mine every morning for a season. Hard starts due to bad plugs, just pluged the truck in about two hours before take-off, and It was all good. Things I know about are to not use an extention cord longer then 50' (of one that can handle the Amp draw) but thats about it. Ive read somewhere...

    Happend to me, noticed the black oil patches wherever I parked. Spent some time looking for the start of the leak, down the back of the motor. Finally noticed the wet return lines and pool of diesel, (was leaking off the back and down, collecting all the old oil on its way) Return line kit...

    6.9 return lines on 7.3?

    Alright so From what I gather, all the injectors, the fuel filter, and the IP need to drain back to the tank. So using a hose T, I can run lines connecting all components. This forum holds a wealth of information, Thanks so all. One more slightly related question, Just got a remaned injector...
