My truck and I got to have a ride on a tow truck. Water pump packed it in, but engine didn't overheat (caught it in time I hope). Gives me an excuse to replace the other cooling system related parts I have been stockpiling for a while now.

Well I came to the decision I need a deck for my truck.

For 1 ton axles, the rear axle (and suspension if you want) will bolt right in. The front axle will vary depending on what you are putting in but in my case I ended up doing a leaf spring conversion which really isn't all that hard to do, the factory suspension system can be moved over to the...

I have finally had a chance to get back to it and the grinding has begun! More patches to be done of course!
Its been a while since this has been updated but I am still at it.. I just needed to get the beast into a better "shop".
Truck still seems friggin massive and its only 14 inches taller than stock.. with 37's and room for at least 40's!
I love it! I shall call it a "Not gonna crumple" zone! I need one of these on the front and back of my bronco as part of adhering to my "Battering Ram" best practices standard. LOL
Yeah that would be the case for me as well. I would do it only if I needed to and would be keeping it forever.
Though the other reason would be as the "because I can" project which would come after the "giant bronco" project, the "speed ticket generator -err um I mean muscle car" project...
