The shifting in and out of od might just be the converter unlocking, it is controled by the brake lights, Ive even herd if you turn on the hazzards the convertor will lock and unlock as the lights flash.

this is the truck, I think its gonna clean up real good (just picked it up last night) gonna get some new rims and tires along with a bumper, the interior is actually in really good shape, the only thing that doesnt work is the radio.
