Great build thread! And for those of you wondering, I've been communicating with Brandon, and we are getting things worked through.
Kinda doubt anyone was wondering about it Mel, you ain't exactly known to leave your customers hanging. Do let us know what the issue was when it's all sorted out, inquiring minds like to know if it was indeed air starvation.

So I went to a truck show in Muncie pa. And I had a lot of ppl checking out the truck. Well I had like 10 ppl not even look at the truck. They immediately went right to the flatbed and just really wanted to know who made it Lol .

Really wish I had some dodge tow mirrors for my truck. It was almost impossible pulling this empty trailer using the same mirrors people have used for 50 years Lol

Oh I know it was a joke, and I share the sentiments. These mirrors should be the same as what I had then, try pulling on the heads while twisting them on the shafts, should be able to get them to slide out a bit (but hopefully not completely off).

okay 22 pounds of boost is pretty cool. but im pretty sure I'm going to blow this thing up. there's a hole in my wastegate diaphragm housing. so I'll be needing one of those. before I search threads for an hour what has anyone else done as far as regulating boost down to about 15 pounds? I wouldn't even mind having an adjustable controller on the dash

just crossed the border from Pennsylvania to Ohio. we are on our way to nationals. we completed the better half of 560 miles. the truck basically drives itself. looking forward to meeting some Fellow Binder Enthusiasts. hope to see you there. I will post later my thoughts on my first long Distance Run With The Bull moose

Love your truck. looking forward to an update on the long distance drive. i also was wondering why is the second pump doing better? was it tuned differently than the first? also now that this pump is doing better, and you got your fuel issue taken care of, are you happy with the power, i know at first you said it had no guts.

Disclaimer: i am a "vehicular hypochondriac". I hear a creak a noise im going nuts till its fixed. Being that guy i know ppl think im nuts after no one else can see the problem im having.

Mel said besides having a some extra fuel at idle it had no major issues. Beside that fact that i couldnt turn down the idle under 800 it made my truck into a powerhouse. I mean 20lbs boost at drop of hat. I wish i still had number one honestly. I was working on wastgating it to 15 but i figured ill wait till i get pump #2 on and go from there. Well now the truck will make just about 15lbs if i pound it. I'm having a lot of timing issues i cant time it with a meter to 9 i have to leave it at about 5.8. I think my balancer slipped. So after i change that ill try again. I want it to make 20lbs again. I realize thats too much for one of these but i want to wastegate it and intercool it as well. So thats where im at.

As far as highway driving the truck basically drove itself. You can tell the difference from the stock pump. I can bonestly say i dont think i was even at a quarter throttle to maintain 65. You have to watch the pyro. You can hit 10-11-1200 degrees in the blink of an eye. Thats the one downfall. But if you want power you have to give something up. I was holding it at 1100 up a long grade for about a minute and the coolant temp followed suit naturally rising to 210. Ok 210 not a big deal.. well i run a sevenlbs cap and no overflow. So she puked a bit. But i got moving a little slower and colled it down and it didnt happen again.
As far as fuel mileage goes you will experience very poor mileage for the first few weeks. As the moose is capable of putting out quite a bit more fuel. Yesterday i got between 16 and 18 thats not bad as far as im concerned.
