Ok so my brakes work awesome. Touchy rather. But when I touch the brake pedal the pedal will stay or suck to the floor and continue to slow or stop the truck after I remove my foot. Typically have to pull it back up after use and it feels like I'm pulling the pedal against vaccume so that I can move again or it will continue to apply it's own brakes. Never had another vehicle do this. Any ideas?

Even though pedal feels normal while pressing it? Not doubting you, just curious. Any other time I had a bad booster or vaccume leak the pedal was real hard to press. They behave like this when bad as well?

Pull the check valve out and inspect it to see if it still “checks”. It’s free to do and it might tell you something.
