Alright. Wound up taking yalls advice and went with the hydra. Gotta say, pretty impressed! Due to my pcm code, I didn't get too many available canned tunes, and due to swapping to manual trans the tow tunes won't net me much gain other than power. Shift points don't matter as I do the shifting. But the old truck woke up for sure! Wound up with
1100 high idle
25hp dd
45hp dd
65hp dd
80hp performance
Notice a difference between 25,45, and 65 but with the 85 didn't notice much change from the 65. Just more smoke. Favorite to drive with is 65hp dd. Not sure how accurate calculating only one fill up is, but got 22 ish mpg. Thank you guys for your advise. The old **** gets out of her own way now and pulls a good bit harder than it did before when hooked up to the gooseneck. Verry happy fellow oil burners!
