Injection Pump slowly dying-running rough-sluggish, but high mpg.
My 1993 7.3 N/A for the longest time has had an IP that is sluggish. 28sec 0-60. Used to have OK power but lately has been sluggish. Fuel screw is untouched. Don’t want to mess up my truck. Weird oil leak on my 93 7.3 IDI
My 7.3 is leaking a ton of oil in a weird spot from the front of the motor. Resealed the oil cooler a year ago, & has been fine until about 2K miles ago since last oil change. After I put fresh oil in the truck 15-40 Rotella she started to leak abt a quart every 50 miles. Then 6 months ago...- 73IDIBenoit

Smoking black after new injectors while foot on the gas with a stock setting injection pump.
For the longest time I knew my Injectors were starting to fail cuz the smoke has been getting progressively worse, & down on power. Gasser Axle swapped on a 1993 F350 CCLB Diesel.
I recently purchased a truck that has no driveshaft. The previous owner did an axle swap but put a gasser 3.55 instead of a Diesel. The one without the driveshaft attached is the smaller one, & the one with the strap is for the Diesel. I’m trying to figure out what I’d need to do, & I’m scared...- 73IDIBenoit

Overheating in the afternoon in the summer after replacing fan clutch, & OEM ford Motorcraft thermostat.
I’ve got a 1993 7.3 idi NA with an overheating issue. I’ve replaced the fan clutch, & thermostat with good quality parts. OEM Motorcraft thermostat was installed to prevent this.
