    No start After motor swap

    Have you checked anything with it today? Even with a security chipped key, it should start, but it wont run long. You may want to try bumping the engine just a little bit, just a split second(with the key-dont start it, just bump it). And, also try filling the canister with fuel also.

    Is the lift pump working? It is mounted on the engine, or should be. Make sure all wires and everything is hooked up correctly(I'm sure you have, just as an extra check). My truck is a 03 SO, just as an FYI.

    Genosgarage.com has a muffler elimination kit for $70, and you can get a cat replacement from other sites on the web, but I dont know what they are(my 03 doesnt have a cat). That would be way cheaper, and your truck already has 4" exhaust.
