The seat belt is way more secure then those latch anchors. If you need to use a shoulder belt the seats come with an H clip to keep tension on them, since they only lock in an accident. Read the install manual.
Also can be from cylinder wall rust if it sat for an extended period of time. I see that frequently in oil sample results from stuff I deal with at work. On owner doesn’t use something for a few years and the first oil samples show high iron.
Dumb question but did you install a pilot bearing in the flywheel/crank shaft? Also, you installed a solid flywheel, they do make a loud/awful sounding rollover growl sound when there is little to no load at various rpms.
