    Yes, in fact I have photos somewhere. I'll have to dig...... There's no cutting, you simply drill spot welds and remove that bottom hoop ("U" shape} on the bottom.

    Some rad shops remain! Just a year or two ago I had a brass rad re-cored at a shop couple hours from home. It was expensive, want to say he charged me $600ish for a rad and heater core for my old CJ Jeep.

    #1, where did he get the new injectors? I would also verify the injector lines are appropriately routed to each injector. These are similar to plug wires from a distributor cap, switch two and you have a misfire on a gas engine. Switch two on an idi, and you have fuel injected into two cylinders...
