So it needs to circulate? I have a plan if it does, but a single in line valve to block off the core with a 1/4 turn to block the entire system would be way easier. But it wouldn't circulate that way.- BlackNoma

I would put a manual valve in. I live in South Texas. We have 5 weekends a year of weather below 60 degrees. Does it NEED to circulate or not?- BlackNoma

I have read conflicting information on the coolant lines that go through the heater core. Some say you can put a valve in the hot line off the engine to the core to block it off right there and the coolant doesn't need to circulate. Others say you have to create a loop to keep coolant flowing...- BlackNoma

Franklin2, thank you very much! So by applying 12v / ground to those 2 pins, I should be able to hear the valve actuate and redirect flow? Then blow on various tubes to find out if it's really working? Should the tubes for the other tank be completely shut off when the valve is in the other...- BlackNoma

I have an '89 f350 4x4. My truck only works on the rear tank. When I first got it not too long ago, I wanted to fix that so looked under the truck and there are 2 selector valves, some extra plumbing, and bastardized wiring harnesses. Let's see your aftermarket wheels!!
I didn't find any threads on aftermarket wheels, so I figured I would start one. I'm rolling on 3 different styles of black steel rims. 3 have the centers cut out of them (probably old Chevy wheels) to fit the Ford hubs. Trans temp and pressure
Lol, yeah. I love that the wipers are probably the most complex piece of electronics on this truck. Haha. Think I can get accurate readings if I put a very short nipple off the test port, then a T on that with pressure sensor on one and thermo sensor on the other?- BlackNoma

Yeah, it's a c6. Cool. Thoughts on pressure and temp? Think it would be inaccurate having to extend it out off the test port and run a T for the sensors?- BlackNoma

I have seen thread after thread over putting a trans temp sensor/gauge on the test port of an auto trans. (Yes, I am aware of the different opinions on test port vs pan/cooler line locations) What I can't find anywhere is someone putting a permenant pressure gauge here.
