WTB factory or ats wastegate turbo for idi
I have one that was just rebuilt by HTT last summer. They actually used a slightly larger wheel in it and machined the inlet snail to fit it. It spools faster than the stock one ever did. No. I removed the filter and the plate that holds it to the cooler. It should be easy to relocate it in the same area with a few new lines.- ocnorb

I would have to see it to believe it. I tried it when I wanted to put a ZF5 behind and Isuzu 4BT. Its close, but not quite right. Here is a guy trying to build adapters for that application...- ocnorb

5th wheel towing
I use the Husky 15K. Mainly because it was what came with our trailer. Trailer weight plays a role in your decision; there are some much heavier hitches. I've used this hitch in 3 different trucks now. Installed new rails each time. If you are buying used always ask if the hitch is included...- ocnorb

Whats your pickup weigh?

Hydroboost with electric backup

Pulling the cab Finally found some time to get back to this project. Managed to get the cab pulled, then we steam cleaned the frame rails, cross-member and front suspension. How come it always ends up that I am covered in grease when I do this? It took longer to clean myself up afterwards...- ocnorb

Started my DT360 swap yesterday
If your turbo was seized up you wouldn't be getting 20 lbs of boost, so never mind that question. :D Hope the shop gets it figured out without too much pain $$$ !!!:eek:- ocnorb

Started my DT360 swap yesterday
Is your turbo spinning free? Sounds like it could be turbo or exhaust related if the brake issue is for sure resolved. Checking the timing is a good idea too. Maybe try the disconnect one cylinder at a time trick to see if your fuel delivery is uneven/out of time. I know I'm not...- ocnorb

A little out of order here, but oh well. Not sure anyone is reading this anymore.LOL Pulled the oil pan to re-seal and have a look at the internals this week. Also managed to test fit the new Harmonic balancer. A serpentine belt system will be bolted to the front of the balancer. Well...- ocnorb
